The Allgrove/Seymour PTO will be creating the digital student directory so if you would like to be part of the student directory and/or have access to the directory, you MUST fill out this Google Form as we will not be giving access to anyone who we do not have record of.
Why would I need/want to be part of the directory? It's a great way to connect and/or contact parents about play dates, birthday parties and coordinating class gifts for the teachers.
The directory will only be shared with parents/guardians that fill out this google form and it will be "view only" with no option to share or print. Please email bridgetbortzod@gmail.com for questions!
